Cider Yeast - Mad Millie
Mad Millie Cider Yeast is used to process fresh extracted juice or juice concentrate. This cider yeast can process a quantity of 25 litres of juice.
Directions for use:
Sprinkle the whole contents of Cider Yeast into the juice and ferment at 20 to 26 degrees Celsius for 1 week. Fill bottles when S.G is stable. for 2 consecutive days.
Keep yeast stored in the fridge.
