Ingredients: 1x450g Salt (sodium chloride, anticaking agent (535)), 1x50ml Calcium chloride solution (water, calcium chloride (30%)), 1x10 Vegetarian rennet tablet (milk clotting enzyme, excipients), 1x5 Freeze dried ripening white moulds sachets (freeze dried lactic bacteria, Penicillium camemberti. Contains dairy), 1x5 Freeze dried ripening blue moulds sachets (freeze dried lactic bacteria, Penicillium roqueforti. Contains dairy), 1x50ml Sanitiser (iodine based sanitiser).
This kit contains the same specialty mould spores and cultures as used by small, artisan cheese producers.
